IVR automates interactions with callers in a systematic way, the way you would have wanted it to be. When deployed for corporate use, it can help to streamline business processes as well as add to the credibility and reputation of your company or business.

There can be many types, menu tiers and interactive options for IVR systems anywhere. Having completed our own extensive internal trials, MOS now brings to you a non complex, affordable and easy-to-setup IVR solution, simply KATE.

Firstly, you will be provided with a regular and standard Singapore phone number (like those issued in the CBD area) and this number is definitely not the funny VOIP types like 3106 XXXX.

Secondly, you may instruct us on the menu tiers, usually from 1 to max 5. (or the caller will be frustrated!) We will record the greetings/ messages or you can record your preferred message or tone/ sounds yourself and send to us for uploading. Well, we can even set different messages and greetings for different times of the day, example after office hours, or weekends process.

Thirdly, we will configure the respective forwarding destination numbers and test the prompts and processes so that the call flow is highly efficient. Even if you have a missed call, KATE has a lovely voicemail system and will also email to you the logged Caller ID (unless private), and the details of the missed call.

For just less than S$40 per month, KATE is your virtual receptionist and she is able to handle up to max 5 menu tiers with each menu tier able to have up to 5 choices (imagine 25 departments!). It’s highly configurable but we will still advise you in finetuning the flow so that caller will not be frustrated and your company will benefit greatly from the cost efficiency + better image!
