Unusual? Here’s a simple Q&A for you:
Q1. Moved to hotel? Seriously? What’s going on?
Absolutely serious but with good reasons. M Hotel is well known for its business stays, a popular host for professional services training and conferences held by regulators and chambers we regularly attend. We’ll be in a better place to handle more work, basically do more for you!
Q2. But why? What’s wrong with the office in IP?
International Plaza (IP) is thru its 2nd collective sale, at S$2.7 billion. Much has changed after ACRA relocated out in Sep 2021. This building may no longer stand in next years. MODETTI® is known for stability so it isn’t suitable anymore. Let’s face it, we’ll still have to relocate anytime soon.
Q3. From 10 to 81 Anson Road? Why still in that area?
We considered so many other locations and facilities, you and overall; this is our best choice. MODETTI® Branch Office remains in Raffles Place at 14, Robinson Road. Head Office in Tanjong Pagar, with the tallest skyscrapers, CBD crown, sea view, business facilities, MCE, 3x MRT stations and abundance of dining options, it all adds up.
Q4. I wish to visit and enquire about your services, how?
You’re most welcome! Our business hours are 9am to 6pm on weekdays. Appointment is not required unless you intend to have lengthy discussion or seek advanced business services/ advice. We’re just a few minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station. If you drive, park at M Hotel carpark level 3.
Q5. Besides head office location, what else changed?
Our enhanced manpower, new service capabilities, more communication channels, improved response time and more “steady-class” associates such as auditors, lawyers, specialist advisors. We’re quite excited because much anticipated services and good things are lined up ahead, tell you gradually!
Q6. Virtual office address service available at MODETTI® Head Office?
We’re not providing virtual office services at our new Head Office in M Hotel Singapore. It’s still available at MODETTI® Branch Office, at Robinson Road with a fully sheltered walkway from Raffles Place MRT exchange. Here’s map!
Q7. I prefer options, any other locations I can choose?
We’re preparing to unveil later. There’s much training, significant prep work to make sure things will run well the MODETTI® way. Until our official announcements, the best, most value for money, convenient location is at MODETTI® Branch Office. It’s our Mail Services Hub since 2011.
Q8. If I need business advice, do I have to come in person?
No, just ask by email first. We’re ready to assist you over email, Zoom, or in person. If necessary, we schedule a Zoom meeting and send you the invite prior. If on MODETTI® Platinum 6 Months or more, our designated officer advises over WhatsApp/ Phone/ Telegram/ Signal too.
Q9. Can’t you just help over the phone or call me back?
What we do well for clients’ businesses is focus, clarity and honest good advisory. Phone is not as clear as email which can be re-read and referred to. Our hotline handles general enquiries. Phone advisory is conducted by senior officers already in good demand, for MODETTI® Platinum 6 Months or more.
Q10. I can refer so many customers to you, call me?
